Synopsis
Logarithmic axis can presently only have 0 (i.e. 1) as minimum. It is required to have a logaritmic axis with another minimum (i.e. higher than 1)
Resolution
Image_Graph_Axis_Logarithmic::forceMinimum() now works as expected
